Release and Waiver: I the undersigned understand that participation in the Event (Wreck Beach Bare Buns Run) carries some risks. By signing below, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE, CONFIRM AND AGREE that I am (I) either the person whose name appears on the entry form and I am over the age of 19 years or I am the parent/legal guardian of such participant; (II) I have read the entry form for this event including this Consent, Release and Indemnity, and completely and fully understand what I am agreeing to by signing this form, and (III) I warrant that the participant is sufficiently physically fit to participate in this Event and all activities associated with it. AND I HEREBY IRREVOCABLY, ABSOLUTELY, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF participation in this Event AND DO FURTHER RELEASE, REMISE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE WRECK BEACH PRESERVATION SOCIETY, GVRD, Event Officials, Volunteers, Members, all sponsors of the Event, and their employees, agents, or anyone acting for or on their behalf from and against any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising out of, or in the course of participation in this Event. This Release and Waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen; known or unknown. I also hereby grant full permission to the Wreck Beach Preservation Society and/or agents acting on their behalf permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recording, or any other record of this event, of me for legitimate purposes. I hereby acknowledge having read this Release and Waiver and by accepting a participant number, I accept its terms and conditions.
